Very useful and very easy to use.

The best in its class !

As someone constantly adding devices to, removing others from, and/or tweaking my network at home in other ways, I have found this app to be essential in troubleshooting conflicts in IP assignments or identifying mysteriously disappearing DHCP reservations. I find I use this app so often that It has even earned a spot on my (self-proclaimed) coveted Launcher. While there are a few UI/UX quirks in the app, they are vastly overshadowed by its usefulness. It is very highly recommended!

This is an easy-to-use, but powerful network scanner app with a VERY intuitive user interface. OutSTANDing implementation! WJR

I have been having a nightmare for over a year, my network was hacked & my ports were turned into a mine field of horrors! Service provider AT&T would reset things on their end & hackers would be back in in 3 minutes! This app has a feature called edit services it gives you the ability to rename or shut down ports! It is free! Having the ability to shut down remote entry ports, among others, has literally given me my life back...ok not literally. Highly recommend!

A must-have. Fing has helped diagnose and manage my bonjour connected devices on my network. Look no further, this app is seriously invaluable

I have downgraded my rating from 5-stars to 3-stars because the personalized information that I added for each device was lost with todays update. This is normally a Great 5-star app that I have found very useful, convenient, and easy to use. It is a great app. However, with todays update on my iPad, the personalized information for each device was lost (device name, location, and additional notes). This is a heavy loss to me. I have immediately taken my iPhone offline (put into Airplane Mode) so that its information is not corrupted. If Fing does not fix itself on my iPad, then I will need to retype all the information for each device back into my iPad before risking the update on my iPhone. I have contacted Fing tech support. If this is resolved without my typing everything again, then my rating will return to 5-stars.

IF YOU ARE USING THIS IN A PLACE WHERE THERE ARE MANY COMPUTERS CONNECTED LIKE A SERVER IT WILL CRASH OR TAKE A VERY LONG TIME.

Better than my router controls for showing actual status of my LAN

Good app. I am able to give names to everything connected to my network and the app will save the name to the Mac ID. Makes it easy to see what is on the network and what is disconnected from the network. It also makes it easier to see the IP address the router assigned to it.
